In Utah Store Return Policy
No returns are allowed unless the product is damaged or contains errors in printing or embroidery. If your product is damaged, you have up to 30 days to exchange it for a new product. Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for an exchange. It must also be in the original packaging with original labels.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, please:
1) Send an email to email@example.com that includes your item description and an explanation for the exchange.
2) Mail the product to: 807 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT, 84102, United States. You’re responsible for paying for your shipping costs to exchange your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item worth over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
We’ll process exchanges as quickly as possible, shipping replacement items within two or three business days of receiving your damaged items. When your replacement item is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification.
